We accept all major credit cards as well as Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely and your details are never shared.

If your order has not yet shipped, changes or cancellations may be possible. Contact hello@aaosweden.com as soon as possible and we’ll assist.

All our products come with our signature presentation, featuring a textured Rainbow Saffron paper and a screen-printed lid with subtle raised lettering. A true celebration of craftsmanship.

We ship worldwide. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at
checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. You will also receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Orders within the EU, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland are shipped
with all duties and taxes included.

Orders outside these regions are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Local customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon arrival.

Important for U.S. orders:

Orders exceeding $800 may incur additional duties payable to local
authorities. If an order is returned due to unpaid duties, a $50 handling fee
will be deducted from the refund.

Important for Norwegian orders:

Orders over 3,000 NOK may be subject to customs duties and VAT upon
arrival in Norway.

Exchanges are free. Returns for refund are subject to a small return fee:

• Sweden: $10

• Europe: $20

• Non-EU countries: $40

Step 1 — Access your order
Log in to your account using the same email you used to place the order (click “Login” at the top right corner).

Alternatively, click the “View your order” link in your confirmation email.

Step 2 — Start your request
On the order details page, click “Request Return” or “Request Exchange” and follow the prompts.

Step 3 — Wait for approval
We’ll review your request based on our Returns & Refund Policy. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Step 4 — Receive your refund or exchange
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, this may take a few days.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item has not been used and is in its original condition.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If in doubt, we are always happy to assist, simply reach out.

The Pants are crafted with a 36” inseam and intended to be tailored for a perfect fit. Tailoring costs are reimbursed. Learn more here.

Care instructions are listed on each product page. In general:

• Wash 30 °C (cold) with mild detergent
• Avoid fabric softeners
• Allow garments to rest between wears

All fabrics are pre-treated to retain their fit and feel over time, as long as they are cared for properly.

Gift cards are delivered both digitally and, within the EU, in a beautifully crafted physical presentation box. Outside the EU, delivery is digital only.

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
