Returns & Refund Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your delivery. The return must be shipped by day 30. Items may be opened and tried on, but must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Access your order: Log in using the email you used to place the order, or click “View your order” in your order confirmation email.
2. Submit a request: On the order page, click “Request Return” or “Request Exchange” and follow the instructions.
3. Approval & instructions: Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions.
4. Refund or exchange: When we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email. If approved, we’ll either ship your exchange or issue your refund.

Return & Exchange Costs

• Sweden: Exchanges are free. Returns cost 10 EUR.
• Europe: Exchanges are free. Returns cost 20 EUR.
• Rest of World: Exchanges are free. Returns cost 35 EUR.

Refund Timing

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is incorrect, damaged, or defective, email us immediately at hello@aaosweden.com so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
