Returns & Refund Policy

Before you begin, you may want to check our FAQ for quick answers to common questions.

You’re welcome to return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. The return must be shipped by day 30. Items may be tried on at home, but must be returned unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with all original packaging intact.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Log in to your account via the Login button at the top right, or use the "View your order" link in your order confirmation email.
2. On the order details page, click “Request Return” or “Request Exchange” and follow the instructions.
3. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions, including your return label.

Return & Exchange Costs

• Sweden: Exchanges are free. Returns for refund cost $10.
• Europe: Exchanges are free. Returns for refund cost $20.
• Rest of World: Exchanges are free. Returns for refund cost $40.

If you live outside of EU, you may be required to include a pro forma invoice with your return. Contact hello@aaosweden.com if unsure.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

• The item is not in its original condition
• It is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• The return is received more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take a few days for the funds to appear.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Haven’t Received Your Refund?

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
3. Contact your bank, since processing time can vary.
4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@aaosweden.com.
