How do I make an exchange or return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (return must be shipped by day 30).
- They must be in original, unused and unwashed condition
- All original packaging must be returned unused
- Items returned after 30 days of receiving the delivery will be sent back to the customer
- Gift cards cannot be returned
Are there any charges for exchanges or returns?
- Sweden: Exchanges are free, returns for a refund cost 10 USD
- Europe: Exchanges are free, returns for a refund cost 20 USD
- Non-EU: Exchanges are free, returns for a refund cost 40 USD.
- Original shipping charges (express shipping) are non-refundable
How soon will I get my exchange or refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days
- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery - only a partial refund may be granted
