To proceed with a return or exchange please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us describing what you would like to exchange or return and we will set you up with a return label (we cannot take responsibility for shipments sent to us without a tracking number).
If you're making an exchange from outside Sweden, proceed to pay for return shipping (EU or non-EU) and this fee will cover the shipment back to us and then out to you again.
2. Pack everything into the original packaging as it came when it arrived. Make sure the box is wrapped with paper or plastic so we can reuse it upon arrival. If you're making an exchange, please include a note with what size and color you would like to exchange to.
3. Print the shipping label and follow the instructions in our e-mail to get it shipped.

Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the delivery (return must be shipped by day 30). The package may be opened upon receipt but all items must be returned unused (in the same condition as when received). All original packaging must also be returned unused. Items returned after 30 days of receiving the delivery will be sent back to the customer.
Please contact us if you would like to exchange size or return for a refund and we will set you up with a return label. We cannot take responsibility for shipments that are sent to us without a tracking number so please request a return label before sending your return.
To cover for return shipping, there will be a charge as per below:
Sweden: Exchanges are free, returns for a refund cost 100 SEK
Europe: 20 EUR
Non-EU: 40 USD
For size changes, the above charges will cover shipping both ways (i.e. back to us and back to you again).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you live outside of the EU, please contact us to receive a pro-forma for your return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
